Welcome! This is a website that everyone can build together. It's easy!

HomeThis is a featured page

This wiki was originally set up in 2008 to celebrate the 100th day of school .

It is also a place to explore ways of making 100. If you are a primary teacher, we welcome you and your class to join us and we will learn together.

The Counting Book is complete. We have pictures and explanations for numbers from 1-100.
Great job, everybody. Thank you for the contributions.

The content on this wiki remains useful and relevant but my class would like to start a new wiki for 2012.
We are in the planning stages and should have something ready by January 12th.
We look forward to meeting new friends and learning together.
You can follow @thekinderkids on Twitter or @mariak to receive the announcement of the new wiki.

Using photos, KidPix/Pixie drawing or scans of hand drawn work, we will create pages that illustrate the concept of 100.

  • First, we will create a counting book of pictures. Starting with one, pictures will be added until we reach 100.
  • Let's show examples of sets of 100. Please add your photos to illustrate the different collections your class has made.

For those non-English speaking contributors, please share your language with us. We've love to learn about counting in languages other than English.
